This mural was designed and painted by local artist Fred Harrison. The design is based on his interpretation of the history of Sussex and Studholm. The finished artwork includes the signatures of all who worked toward its completion.
Our Rich History and Board Information
Sussex Agricultural Co-operative 1841 Ltd is a member owned co-op. Our history goes back well over a century, and we have received and given many awards throughout that time.
Our success has been due to many factors, but one great factor has been our partnerships with local organizations. This has led to both internal growth and the growth of the Sussex area.
Our Board
Our current board at Sussex Co-op fulfills a leadership role for various decisions and operations within the co-op. Their aim is to ensure the success of the business, but also to promote strong community values and aid co-op members.
